At PVC Print Pro, card printing starts shortly after an order is confirmed. Therefore, once an order has entered the printing or processing stage, cancellation and refund are generally not possible.
Please carefully verify your name, photograph, date of birth, ID number, address, and all other details before placing an order. Once printing/processing has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.
If the customer provides incorrect information, an incorrect photograph, an incorrect document, or spelling mistakes, reprinting may be treated as a new order and applicable charges may apply.
If a correction is requested before printing begins, we will try to make the correction wherever possible.
If the card contains a printing error or manufacturing defect caused by us, we will review the issue and may provide a replacement/reprint where applicable.
Delivery or courier delays do not automatically qualify for a refund. However, customers may contact us regarding delivery issues.
PVC Print Pro is not responsible for delays, rejection, or issues caused by information or documents provided by the customer.
