PVC Print Pro provides PVC card printing, customization and related digital printing services based on information and documents submitted by customers.
We provide printing services only and do not represent ourselves as a government authority or as the issuing authority of any government document unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information, photographs and documents submitted to PVC Print Pro are:
Customers must not upload documents or information belonging to another person without proper authorization.
PVC Print Pro may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect that the submitted information or documents are fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorized or being used for an improper purpose.

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the order may immediately enter the processing and printing stage.

Because printing may begin shortly after order confirmation, changes, cancellations or refunds may not be possible once the order has entered the printing/processing stage.
We will make reasonable efforts to identify obvious printing or technical issues caused by us.
Due to the customized nature of PVC card printing, an order generally becomes non-refundable once printing or processing has started.

If a card has a significant printing or manufacturing defect caused by PVC Print Pro, the matter may be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement or reprint may be offered.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, transportation conditions, holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
PVC Print Pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery or other customer-related reason, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Customers must make the required payment before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
PVC Print Pro is not responsible for technical failures, delays or interruptions caused by third-party payment service providers.
Customers should not share their OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV, card password or banking password with anyone claiming to represent PVC Print Pro.
PVC Print Pro is a private printing service.
We do not issue, approve, certify or authenticate government identity documents.
Printing information from a customer-provided document onto a PVC card does not make the printed card an official government-issued document.
Customers are solely responsible for using printed cards in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of the relevant issuing authority.
PVC Print Pro does not claim affiliation with UIDAI, Income Tax Department, Election Commission of India, Government of India, State Government or any other government authority, unless expressly stated.
Customers must not use our services for:
If we reasonably believe that an order is connected with illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activity, we may refuse to process the order and may take appropriate action where required.
The customer retains responsibility for the documents, photographs, information and other content submitted for printing.
By submitting content, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights, permission or authority to provide and use that content for the requested service.
PVC Print Pro is not responsible for legal claims arising from unauthorized documents, photographs, trademarks, designs or information submitted by the customer.
Customer information and uploaded documents are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Documents and photographs are intended to be removed from our active operational/printing systems after the order has been completed and delivered, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
